Printing begins only after payment requirements, usable data/artwork and written proof approval are satisfied. Customer-approved spelling, photographs, numbers, dates and other data are treated as approved for production. Reprints caused by errors already present in approved customer data may be charged.

Same-day production is subject to capacity and approval timing. Same-day collection may be possible. Courier delivery is dependent on the selected courier, destination and availability and may arrive on a later business day.

Chromasign may refuse requests for counterfeit, misleading or unauthorised credentials. These terms are a business-ready draft and should be reviewed by an appropriate South African professional.
